How do highly resourced moms navigate the pressures and opportunities of parenting their children, while strengthening their personal identity, leadership, and family culture within what can be a complex family system?

Our Research Goals are to Understand…

• How highly resourced moms (inheritors, earners, and/or those that married into or newly acquired wealth) perceive their role as family leaders and what challenges they face in stepping into that role.
• What fears, pressures, and expectations they feel about raising well-grounded children.
• How wealth impacts their sense of self-worth, relationships, and parenting approach.
• What tools, strategies, and communities would make them feel more confident, connected, and supported in their journey.
